The "Unique" Rabbit Process

Primarily carved from blocks of expanded polystyrene (EPS) foam, statues and figures are finished to form hard outer shells (impervious to the elements) that are further refined, hand-painted and finished in intricate detail.  EPS foam is one of the most versatile and widely used materials in the world.  It is easily cut and sculpted, bonds well with protective and durable coatings (impervious to the outdoor elements), provides an excellent paintable surface, and offers a lightweight infrastructure for installation and mobility.  Other building materials are often employed as well, depending the shape, structure and/or placement and purpose of the final product and finishing details.  These are often hand-made pieces, beginning to end, done to the initial specification and imaginative blueprints of our clients.
