John Ranieri with his financial wisdom joins the staff of AFS as Finance Manager.

July 2007
AFS announces the opening of its Orlando facility at 320 Story Rd., Ocoee, FL.  The grand opening is announced at the FWCCA meeting in Orlando.  John Treadway and Nagu Gumalla, formerly of Treadway Industries, are named General Manager and Production Manager, respectively.

January 2007
Employee Shane Mitchell is promoted to Production Manager of the props & themeing division of AFS.

August 2006
Renee Kousek joins the AFS staff.  Renee has extensive experience in the EIFS and Stucco industries.

January 2006
AFS acquires a second 4 axis router as the demand for custom props and theming products increases.

January 2006
AFS moves into their new 65,000 square foot facility/offices and opens the new 10,000 sq. ft. showroom.

October 2005
Hurricane Wilma strikes Pompano Beach, FL as a category 3 hurricane.  The winds ripped off a portion of the roof at both of AFS’ locations.  AFS was closed for sixteen days in the wake of the storm due to roof damage and power outages.

September 2005
AFS acquires the old Bruning Paint Factory building at 100 South Andrews Avenue in Pompano Beach, FL.  The purchase allows AFS to grow their production facility, add executive offices and a 5000 square foot showroom.

August 2005
AFS purchases a 4 axis router to enter the props and theming market.

September 2004
Marco Guerrero is promoted to STO E.I.F.S. Manager. Under the guidance of owner John Belcher the pair takes STO product sales to the highest level in history.

September 2004
AFS becomes the exclusive distributor of STO products in South Florida.

July 2004
Immediate growth allows AFS to add an additional 20,000 square feet to their production facility.

June 2004
AFS finalizes the purchase of one of its largest competitors, Foam Concepts of Fort Lauderdale, FL.

January 2004
Current General Manager Matt Dutcher is hired to help manage the successful growth of the company.

June 2002
Owner John Belcher moves Architectural Foam Supply (AFS) from its original location in Fort Lauderdale, FL to its current headquarters in Pompano Beach, FL.  Ten employees and two foam cutting machines occupy a 16,000 square foot warehouse.
